Ariana and I are hilarious! We totally have the same sense of humor, and we crack ourselves up. Our year living on the "other side of the tracks" in Savannah was awesome, although I think we would go ahead and pay for the more expensive apartment in the nicer area if we had to do it all over again. I don't really miss the trains going by in the back yard, my car getting broken into, or our apartment getting robbed.
Me and Ariana at our all sports banquet our senior year! Ha. We had calendars made for softball that year and each girl on the team was one month. We made shirts to wear to practice and I spent a couple hours making these sashes instead of working on my senior collection because we though we were hilarious!
Meghan and I are pretty much the same person. We were the team moms, the "responsible" ones on the team. I guess we were just too old for our own good. A fun day for us consisted of doing homework from 9:00am to noon, getting lunch at B&D Burgers, doing more homework from 1 to 3 or 4, then going to Marshals or TJ Maxx, and then going to Chili's for margaritas and dinner. Meg would make me sit and do my homework, and I would distract her from her animating.
Both girls came to Florida for my wedding, Ariana from Georgia, and Meghan from California. I was so grateful to have them here and I can't wait to see them again.
Ariana and Meghan both live in California now, Meg lives south of L.A. and Ariana lives in San Francisco. Way too far away from me! I wish I could visit with the all the time but life has happened. I am working on convincing Meg that California and Florida are really similar, and that she should move here, no luck so far.
Maybe life will bring us back together, hopefully sooner than later.
